Wedding FAQ

|
Q. How do I book your videography service?
A. Once you have decided to book our services, simply contact us by phone, e-mail, or stopping by. We will provide you with a contract to sign. The payment of a non-refundable deposit, amounting to 50% of the agreed-upon price, is what reserves your event on our calendar. If you book with us over the phone or by e-mail, you can click here to download our contract.
Q. When should I book with your videography service?
A. We book weddings and events up to 18 months in advance. We can book further in advance, but we prefer you come to us within 18 months of your event. Three to six months before a wedding is generally a sufficient amount of time in which to book a wedding videographer. Booking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q. What type of experience do your videographers have?
A. The owner of the company, Andrew Socia, is also the head videographer at ALL weddings, and he has filmed numerous weddings over the years - indoor and outdoor, morning and evening, formal and informal. Our associate videographers are trained by him. They spend a number of hours training with our cameras.
Q. How will your staff work with us, our guests, and our other wedding professionals?
A. Our employees are highly professional. We work to put you and your guests at ease. We also respect the fact that there are other professionals besides ourselves working on your wedding. Therefore, we attempt to work cooperatively with them as much as possible. We attend your rehearsal (schedule permitting) to familiarize ourselves with the location setup, so that we can position ourselves without being obtrusive to you, your guests, or your other vendors. On the wedding day, we arrive 2 hours prior to filming (3 hours if we were unable to attend your rehearsal). This allows our videographers to set up and to meet the other professionals working on your wedding.
Q. What will your videographers be wearing at my wedding?
A. our staff will wear dress shirts and black slacks. If you inform us that your wedding is very formal, our employees will wear suits. For highly formal weddings, if the client furnishes them to us, our staff will wear tuxedos.
